On May 19, 2005, while visiting our son in Charlotte, we had the experience of dining at your restaurant for the first time. Prior to this, we had never heard of Cheddar’s.

Let me start by telling you that our experience of dining at your restaurant was one of the best that we had while on vacation. Our waiter, Franz, should be recognized for his friendliness, attention to detail and excellence of service.

This dinners that we ordered were second to none while we were on vacation. We at, at least, six different restaurants while we were in Charlotte and not one could compare with Cheddar’s in food, service, or value. Being a “steak eater”, I can tell you that I ordered steak in four of the other restaurants that we visited and not one had the tenderness and flavor that your steaks had. Also, our meals were about $10.00 cheaper than any other place we ate.

Again, let me thank you and your staff for our great experience and be sure that the next time we are in Charlotte, we will be dining at Cheddar’s.
