CHEDDAR’S EMPLOYEE W-2 REQUEST

Follow the instructions to receive your W-2 from Cheddar’s.

Cheddar’s Casual Café will be mailing out employee W-2s at the end of January. All W-2s will be postmarked on or prior to January 31st, as required by law.

If you have not received your W-2 by Monday, February 13th please fill out the form below to request a reprinted W-2. You can select to receive the reprinted W-2 via E-mail (suggested method) or via regular mail. Selecting E-mail will allow you to receive your W-2 faster as you will not have to wait for USPS mail delivery.

Please note that a request could take up to 14 business days to process. Please do not submit multiple requests within the 14 business day time frame because it may cause a delay in processing your original request.

If you need a copy of a prior year W-2 you can obtain one via the Social Security Administration or IRS. The process for making a request to either organization can be found on the Social Security Administrations website.
