  • "Cheddar's" was proposed by a 5th grade class when our founders Aubry Good and Doug Rogers asked for restaurant name suggestions.
  • We got our start in Irving, Texas in 1979 but now serve guests in 28 states.

Olive Garden

Since its founding in Orlando in 1982, Olive Garden has been dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming dining experience to everyone who walks in the door.

Longhorn

In 1981, one man set out on a mission to bring legendary steak to the people of Atlanta, Georgia. His passion for grilling was great but business wasn't quite booming. Then, in 1982, a freak snowstorm hit the city, stranding motorists and driving them into the hospitable comforts of a joint called LongHorn Steaks Restaurant & Saloon.

Cheddar's

Our founders, Aubrey Good and Doug Rogers, believed cooking from scratch makes for great tasting food and an even better value. At Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, that means no shortage on the plate and no coupon necessary. We want our guests to get a lot, for not a lot.

Yard House

When the craft beer revolution began nearly 20 years ago, Yard House was there pioneering the way. Taking its vast experience with brews and breweries and coupling it with a kitchen that prepares over 100 items made from scratch daily, Yard House has become a modern American gathering place where food and beer lovers unite.

The Capital Grille

From the moment you step into The Capital Grille, the experience is one of comfortable elegance. Mahogany paneling and art deco chandeliers provide a warm, stately setting for our nationally renowned dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood, and acclaimed world-class wines.

Seasons 52 is a comfortable and stylish fresh grill and wine bar offering a refreshingly balanced approach to food and wine.

Bahama Breeze

Every evening, Bahama Breeze features live music. Classic Caribbean and reggae tunes get everyone head-bobbin’ to the lively island jam. Relax, re-energize, and raise those pineapple and rum filled drinks to celebrate the good times with good friends.

To us, making things from scratch means battering your chicken tenders before you fry them. It means smoking your own ribs. It means making your own soups each morning. And it means our food just tastes better.

We are known for making things in-house like our famous Honey-Butter Croissants, our Homemade Chicken Pot Pie, our hand-breaded Fried Chicken Tenders, and our In-House Smoked BBQ Ribs.

There’s nothing better than a home cooked meal, but not everyone has access to one. Here at Cheddar’s, we’re helping to scratch out hunger in America through our donations to the Harvest Program. Every week we donate unused food to the local food banks who participate in the Harvest Program.
